WooHoo Chubby Chums - Paper Smooches Handmade Card

Hi, friends!
Today I want to share with you a card that I made using Paper Smooches, +Simon Says Stamp  and Distress products.
It's a fun, bright and colorful card and it involves an owl, a cute, cute owl:) .

The owl stamp is from "Chubby Chums" Paper Smooches stamp set. For the sentiment I used a stamp from the same set and one from the "Happy and Smile" Simon Says Stamp set.
For the background, I draw and then cut a few clouds (I don't have a cloud die, yet) from masking paper and I attached them on my panel. Also, I draw and cut something like a tree form to use it as a stencil :)... For the tree I used Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn Distress Ink and for the sky I used Broken China Distress Ink. Using Vintage Photo I tried and draw a tree branch for the owl to sit on.

I glued everything together, added some Stickles on the clouds, Glossy Accents and white glitter on the balloons and some sequins on my panel and my card was done.
I'm entering this card in the "Create with Critters" Simon Says Wednesday Challenge.

I hope you got inspired and you'll try to make a background like this because is so simple and so much fun to play with Distress Ink :)...
Until next time,
xoxo

Hi, Lovely - Friendly Flowers Handmade Card

Hi everyone!
Today I want to share a card that I love so much! I'm very proud of the result.
I made a lot of cards these days, but it seems that I can't find the time to write blog posts for every single one of them. Instead, I share them on my Instagram account. If you have an Instagram account and you would love to see my recent work, you can find me as @ralucavezeteu .

For my card I used an amazing stamp set from +Simon Says Stamp "Friendly Flowers". Oh, I love these flowers. For adding more interest to them, I took my colored pencils and I added some shading and contouring.
The sentiment is also from the set. I stamped it on a black cardstock using VersaMark, I sprinkled white embossing powder and heat embossed it.
I also used the dots border stamp from the set and stamped it in VersaMark on my grey card base.

With a few clear sequins from +prettypinkposh and some black splatters (added using a brush, water and my Ink Black Inktense pencil) on my white panel, my card was done.

I really hope that you like it as much as I do!
Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time,
xoxo

Happy New Year - Handmade Card

Hi, crafty friends!
Today I want to share a New Year's card, that I want to enter in the "Simon Says; Party!" challenge.

I received from my crafty friend, Andreea, a cute stamp set "Sparkle" from Winnie and Walter.
The moment I saw it I thought that is perfect for some New Year's fireworks.

First, I used Distress Inks for the background and then I stamped and heat embossed the town silhouette.
The next step was to stamp and heat emboss the fireworks and the little stars. First I stamped and embossed the silver ones, and then the pink ones.
I stamped and embossed the sentiment on a piece of vellum using black embossing powder, I added some clear rhinestones and my card was done.

I hope you like my new card and that you got inspired!
Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time,
xoxo
